OUR HISTORY
CCB is one of the oldest clubs in Munich and was formed in 2002.
With one of the most beautiful grounds in the city and very near to the suburbs, it is easily reachable by underground trains and buses. We exist to provide the highest possible standard of facilities to players and spectators of all ages and abilities, to play and spectate professional cricket, without bias or discrimination.
Cricket Club of Bayern München, E.V (CCB), was founded in 2002 and is one of the pioneers in promoting cricket in Munich. CCB has cricketers from Germany, Asia, and the Rest of Europe. Being one of the oldest clubs in Munich our performances were noteworthy
and CCB had enjoyed comfortable positions at the top of the state-level league for many years. CCB is a thriving part of the local
community, with cricket for men, women, boys, and girls.
CCB has an international team all through the years with players from multiple countries and continents. CCB has been promoting the game all around Munich and has truly been respected by the cricketing fraternity in Munich. One of our very own players has
been elected as the President of Bayerische Cricket Verband and this would not have been possible without the positive relations
CCB has had amongst teams in and around Bayern. Many players from CCB have constantly featured in the top players’ list in Bayern and have been part of Bayern State team named Bavarian Lions.
